Service & Booking Terms

Last updated: November 2, 2026

About these terms

These terms describe the general service and booking practices of Vegas VIP Host LLC, an independent Las Vegas marketing, event, and hospitality coordination business. They apply to an engagement when expressly included in a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties. A specific written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms, subject to applicable law. Browsing this website or sending an inquiry alone does not create a client agreement or confirm a reservation.

Scope and written approval

Services may include marketing consulting, advertising and promotional coordination, corporate event and convention support, and hospitality or reservation coordination. The work, deliverables, dates, responsibilities, approval process, and fees are defined for each project. An engagement begins only after both parties accept the scope and terms in writing and we confirm any stated start conditions have been met. Email may be used for written approvals where both parties agree to transact electronically.

Individually quoted fees and payments

We do not publish standard rates. Our fees are quoted individually and agreed with the client before work begins. The proposal identifies our service fees, payment schedule, any deposit, and known third-party costs and applicable charges. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless expressly stated. Any material change to an approved scope or cost requires written approval before the additional work or commitment. We charge client-agreed fees and do not accept venue or provider referral commissions.

Reservations and third-party providers

An inquiry, recommendation, itinerary, quote, or payment does not by itself guarantee a reservation or access. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant provider issues confirmation and its required conditions are satisfied. Venues, hotels, restaurants, transport companies, and other providers control their own availability, eligibility and access rules, prices, and service terms. We identify relevant provider terms before requesting approval of a commitment and clarify who contracts with and pays the provider. We do not make supplier commitments on a client’s behalf without authorization.

Independent business; no guaranteed outcome

Vegas VIP Host LLC is not a hotel, venue, transport operator, or event organizer’s official representative unless a specific relationship is expressly identified. References to venues, events, or Las Vegas imagery do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Marketing results, attendance, sales, venue access, and supplier performance are not guaranteed. We remain responsible for our own agreed services and any obligations imposed by applicable law.

Client information and responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project information, an authorized decision maker, and timely instructions and approvals. Clients are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for materials they supply and for complying with applicable provider rules. We do not request guests’ medical records, diagnoses, allergy details, or other sensitive health information. Guests should communicate those details directly to the relevant venue or provider. Do not email payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive guest information to us.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Send change, cancellation, or postponement requests promptly to info@vegasviphost.com. Changes are subject to availability and written agreement on revised scope, timing, and costs. Project-specific cancellation and refund terms disclosed and accepted before commitment apply, together with applicable law. Unless a different lawful policy was agreed in writing, fees for work already performed within the agreed scope and previously authorized, nonrecoverable third-party commitments remain payable. Any unused advance remaining after those amounts is refunded with an itemized explanation, promptly and within any legally required period. Provider refunds are governed by the provider terms disclosed for the booking. We do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or guarantee a refund from an independent provider. If we cancel our own unperformed services, we refund the unearned portion of our service fees, subject to applicable law.

Disruptions outside reasonable control

Weather, venue closures, transport delays, public-authority restrictions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect arrangements. We will communicate known material disruptions and discuss reasonable available alternatives. Replacement arrangements are not guaranteed and require approval of any additional cost. Cancellation, payment, and refund questions remain governed by the accepted agreement, applicable provider terms, and applicable law.

Project materials and website guidance

Rights to project deliverables, permitted uses, and any transfer of ownership are stated in the project agreement. Each party retains its pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed. Website planning resources are general information; current requirements and confirmations should be obtained from the relevant providers and authorities. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
